
Ra Power Games
Ra Power Games projects are independent creations that belong to me and have been made aside from my student games. Some projects have been in the works for quite a while but due to a lack of a proper team, it has been slow going. However Project Axia is small enough project that I should have a prototype sometime in February.
RA TETRIS
RA Tetris is a new Tetris variant that was made in commemoration of Tetris' 25th anniversary. Because of this, this Tetris game plays similar to the classic game but with the twist of using the RA Minos. The player has the ability to fuse their RA Minos with their regular tetra minos. By doing so, you gain new abilities that can help you in the game. This game also has a multi-player mode in which instead of sending garbage to the opponent, the player sends a Number Mino.
Features:
Classic game play with new abilities
Shinny Minos allow player to gain access to the RA Minos
RA Minos are use to infuse the classic pieces and give it a new ability. These include:
Bomb Mino: Destroys any Mino set under it
Ex Mino: Mino that expands on every side
Gravity Mino: Mino that lets gravity break itself apart
Number Mino: Tells the player the amount of times this Mino must be cleared for it to disappear
Local multi-player with new Number Minos used to halt your opponent's progress

SOL BROTHERS
This project was a short one that only lasted about 4 weeks from its initial GDD to its implementation. It's members were a DigiPen student in the RTIS program, programming degree and myself, a game designer with knowledge in C++ programming. The result was this prototype.
